Marc Hanlan, Ph.D., M.A., B.Sc.

Marc has been supporting group transformations for more than 35 years in a wide range of public and private organizations, from the 82,000-user US Navy ERP to the operational transformation of thousands of field service workers at Exelon to the creation of self-managed factories at General Electric.  He has worked with more than 240 high performance teams achieving ‘breakthrough’ results in profitability, quality of service, sustainability, and quality of work life, while achieving more than $400M in improvements.  Marc has taught Organizational Development for 15 years at the graduate level at Penn State and PCOM.  Marc is the author of a textbook on breakthrough change and is the holder of patents covering material processing and controls.  He has held senior executive positions in manufacturing, services, and consulting, including 23 years of successful Profit/Loss responsibility. Marc has flown aerobatics with advanced private ratings, measured Earth-Moon orbits for the U.S. Air Force, designed part of the International Space Station, and started numerous companies along the way.  Marc holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Change from Fielding Graduate University, an M.A. in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding, and a B.Sc. in Physics and Astronomy from Beloit College. 

Kyle Hanlan, Ph.D. (abd), M.P.A., B.Sc., A.A.S.

Kyle has over 14 years of government service, including contract negotiations, supply chain management, emergency management, and financial management of government budgets. He has a strong work ethic and organizational skills with substantial interaction with all types of people in many different cultures and nationalities. This has manifested itself with his experience in Foreign Military Sales within the US Navy. Kyle’s work responsibilities have included conveying complex policy, law, and regulation with people from all walks of life. Maintaining strong moral and ethical principles, Kyle served 8 years in the US Army with postings in Special Operations and Operation Iraqi Freedom. The working title of his doctoral dissertation is, “The Culture Shock of Veterans: The Post Transition Assistance Program.”

Dorian Schiller

Dorian has been helping people as a healer for 20 years, including mental health and energy modalities.  She is a Cranial Sacral therapist, a Reiki Master, and Theta Healing practitioner.  She has the uncommon gift of applying a unique approach for each client.  As a result, her clients have referred to her as “powerful”, “nurturing and insightful”, and a “gifted healer”.  Dorian is able to use her nurturing and supportive gifts to help people uncover their hidden selves. 

Natalie Nafe, Certified Lean Six Sigma, Master Black Belt

Natalie has had over 10 years of leadership experience with a specialty in transitional change and team building. In addition to this she is also professionally certified in Lean Six as a master black belt and has been professionally trained in project management and economics. She has a passion for guiding teams through change and process improvement with an emphasis on workplace culture and utilizing soft skills at all levels of an organization. She has been a leader in a variety of industries and has worked alongside all job types from executive to lower level
